A jack of all trades over his lifetime, Devin spent the last 12 years as a stay-at-home father of 3 wonderful children. During this time, he was able to work in the insurance industry part-time and grew to love it. The time came to transition to full time and what better place to plant his flag than with the same company that gave him is very first auto policy. Still a loving father, husband and jack of all trades you will see his face for the foreseeable future as a Commercial Lines Account Manager with RIGL.

Twila Young CAIB
Personal Lines Broker
Twila has many years of experience in customer service in the financial industry. She began her insurance career with RIGL- Horsnell Ins in 2010, focusing on personal lines. When not busy making tasty treats for office birthdays, she likes to hone her photography skills whilst playing “I wonder what’s down this road” with her daughter, Lily, and husband, Quentin.

Jodi Spicer
Personal Lines Broker
Jodi joined our team in 2020 as a personal lines insurance broker. She is currently working towards her CAIB designation. With her cheerful disposition and infectious laugh, she looks forward to helping clients with their insurance needs. When not at work, Jodi enjoys spending time with her family, her many animals and can often be found fishing at the lake. She also enjoys photography and has an addiction to indoor plants specifically Hoyas.

Shelly Mapplebeck

Shelly joined our team in 2019 as a personal lines insurance broker but it feels like she’s been a part of the team for much longer. Shelly is currently working towards her CAIB designation. Adele Rainforth

Adele took an interest in Insurance after working as a receptionist in an insurance office. She decided to go after her insurance license and upon obtaining it moved into the broker role, with a few years’ experience in the industry Adele joined the RIGL team in 2022 as a personal lines account manager. When not at the office, Adele would be found with her husband Josh and their two daughters on their farm or away enjoying one of their many outdoor hobbies, a favorite being auto racing/camping in their motorhome.

Tabby Saulnier
Document Processor / Receptionist
Tabby started her career with Saunders as a receptionist in 2008. Tabby’s background in customer service provides great support to all of our clients. Tabby’s good sense of humor and work ethic enhances our clients experience. When Tabby is not working you can find her raising cattle, chickens and the odd horse or two. Weekends are spent going to truck pulls with her husband or touring the Valley in his antique truck.
